Warranty Terms & Conditions

At Digiline Electronics Ltd, we’re proud to get our products from good brands and help our customers pick the right stuff. But sometimes, even great products need fixing. Don’t worry, our qualified engineers can service the products you bought from us.

Your set is guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date. Accessories like the remote control are guaranteed for 6 months. This guarantee is extra and doesn’t affect your legal rights.

The guarantee covers electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults. We’ll exchange or repair, including labor, anything found defective within the stated period, as long as it’s been used normally and by the original buyer. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, mishandling, or unsuitable electricity supply.

Only Digiline Electronics Ltd should service and repair the set. If someone not authorized by us messes with it, the guarantee is void. We can also choose not to service or repair it if it’s been tampered with by an unauthorized person or technician.

The warranty doesn’t get extended unless we had the products or parts to perform the warranty. It’s valid for the original buyer only.

How to Request Service Within Warranty?

Contact us via email at support@digiline.com.mt or call +356 7999 1717. Have the brand, model number, purchase invoice, and, for TVs, the serial number ready. If we need to collect the product, we’ll ask for your details.

We value your privacy and comply with GDPR. For GDPR-related questions, contact our Data Protection Officer or make a Data Subject Access Request.

Keep the fiscal invoice handy; failure to show it disqualifies your warranty claim. Read operating instructions and troubleshooting before making a claim.

Service calls not covered under warranty are chargeable. Liability is limited to repair, exchange, or remedies under the Consumer Affairs Act.
